Flash became very popular as a way to add interactive content to web sites because it is compact and versatile. Sothink SWF Quicker can help you create Flash content, like introductions, banners, ads, games and even complete websites.

I have created some simple SWF elements with Macromedia Flash (now Adobe Flash) before, and to my surprise, the interface of Sothink SWF Quicker looks very similar to that of the well-known application. There is a working area, where you can actually draw the visual part. There is also a simple bar with some common drawing tools, such as Oval, Rectangle, Paint Bucket, Eyedropper and Eraser. A panel below will show the properties of the selected elements and allow you to write ActionScript code. Unluckily, not all users know how to program in this language, the real source of power in a Flash application. Another fundamental interface element is the timeline, from which you can manage layers and animations. The results of your work can be exported as SWF (of course!), FLV and executable Flash projector.

In my opinion, one of the main assets of Sothink SWF Quicker is the availability of templates, which are easily customized to create slideshows, photo albums, banners and navigation buttons, a handy solution for those users who do not have the time or the skills to create their Flash files from scratch. Another advantage of this application is that it is much more affordable than the industry’s leader, Adobe Flash.
